I loved the decor of the place. Calming and positive. Friendly staff. Emily Baker and Brittany warmly welcomed me and my sister as we came in. The ozone sauna was stimulated the whole body leaving you so relaxed. I detoxed from my liver and joints which has been an area of concern. Doing this naturally is so much better than taking a pill. I also received the Journey to a new begin package that was very helpful for my stress relief. Emily Baker was professional and kind as she explained the process of the ozone sauna. I have been coming now for a month. I do the Hocatt bed once a week. I had Covid back in 2021, I wouldn't let them venalat me. After all of that I was diagnosed with long haul Covid. I have suffered very badly with memory, fatigue, even with speaking and my spelling of words. I used never have a problem with any of the above until Covid, It's was very stressful and depressing. I have tried three different sessions. I started with fatigue session. I have had no problems with it since. I detox My liver and some heavy metals. My next 2 sessions I did the mental concentrate. I have been able to keep up working in the field with my business and keeping up with all of my office work and taking care of my family. The one I have taken today is the brain fog. I feel very light nothing heavy on the brain. I have now started doing IV hydration. There are so many to pick from. What I can say on this is I have walked and for the rest of the week feeling like a bran new person. I can't say enough about all the Lady's who work there. Amazing they all will take care of you!

was my first time and she was great.

I called Monday because I had some major pains caused by kidney stones. Laura and her staff answered the call got me in quick within an hour I was feeling much better, while I was getting the iv treatment Laura mentioned her new sauna and I asked when could I get in. she immediately looked at the schedule and got me in the next morning. I was in tons of pain and felt really poorly. after the iv treatment and the state of the art sauna treatment I have zero pain and I’m feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Laura and team for your professional advice and guidance on the iv combo and sauna treatment I would have never known this existed and I would still be in massive pain! I will be back and everyone that I’ve talked to since I have insisted they go see the team at white mountain IV hydration! It’s a must

My 1st time tring this. Britny was a pleasure and I don't know how but I didn't feel any of the needles. Likely magic. I mean I did say I was alrrgic to needles. Anyhow I'll definitely come back next time I'm visiting and maybe grab lunch too.
